If you're outside the US, a VPN will do the trick: ProtonVPN is trustworthy and has a free tier.     Giphy is now integrated into Headliner, to allow you to add stickers and GIFs to any social video you make of your podcast.

    After Podnews reported a bug, Headliner have found and fixed a part of its production process to correctly add its useragent, thus helping podcasters everywhere. It appears that ffmpeg really wants the -user_agent flag first in the list of arguments, by the way. Podcast hosts will notice less generic Lavf/58 useragents in site logs as a result: we're grateful to the company.

    Headliner have published results of a test showing that posting audio and a moving waveform performs three times better than a static image.

    Headliner tested the diffference between advertising a podcast on Facebook using a static image vs an 'audiogram', an animated audio clip. In a blog they'll publish later this week, but shared with us today, they discover audiograms were at least four times more effective than static images.

    Sparemin, a tool that produces shareable video from audio, has done a deal with Pixabay so podcasters can add 'true video' to their audiograms. This is in addition to a deal with Getty Images (May 17). They've also added a 'labs' section with new features, including longer 24fps video. The Earshot Creative blog also wrote up a good overview of the service.

    SpareMin, a company that produces social videos from audio, has done a deal with Getty Images (in the United States, Canada, Australia, UK, Ireland, and Germany) for its Headliner product.
