Everyone is a winner: ARN/iHeart is #1 publisher by listeners; LiSTNR/SCA is #1 sales representative, though ARN is close on its heels, and the ABC is #1 for total downloads.

In Australia, a proposed takeover of SCA by ARN has hit trouble, as partner Anchorage Capital got cold feet. ARN, which uses the iHeartPodcasts brand in Australia, has presented a new plan to the stock market.
