- Jan 16: PodcastOne renewed The Adam Carolla Show for a multiyear extension. The show will now be available on the Megyn Kelly channel on SiriusXM. The show, which recently celebrated its 4,000th episode, has had over 700 million downloads.
- Jan 15: FRONT PORCH AF with Kelli and Sue, the podcast where snark meets joy, launched a year ago with the aim of bringing about positive change while having a cocktail and a laugh. The podcast kicks off its second season with a live studio audience event from their home-away-from-home, Dee’s Country Cocktail Lounge in beautiful downtown Madison, Tennessee. Kelli and Sue’s special guest is Elizabeth Cook, East Nashville music outlaw, SiriusXM DJ, and all-around badass woman. The second season adds video versions of the podcast, and will feature more live events.

The nominees are: Armchair Expert (Wondery), Call Her Daddy (SiriusXM), Good Hang (Spotify), SmartLess (SiriusXM), The Mel Robbins Podcast (SiriusXM), and Up First (NPR). The podcast nomination announcement was made in the portion that wasn’t televised. The awards show is on Jan 11.
