New feature: if your podcast app understands an OPML feed, this is for you. Every page with a list of podcasts, like The Ambies winners or Edison Podcast Metrics top 25 for the UK for example, now comes with an OPML feed so you can import all those shows straight into your podcast player. Find the OPML feed linked at the bottom of the page: they work with Pocket Casts, AntennaPod, Overcast, Podbean, Castro, GoodPods and more.

TWiT podcasts were added to an advertising block list used by Eero and PiHole, rendering them temporarily unplayable. We've seen this behaviour affect other shows, too; technical details are below in the tech stuff.

For a time yesterday, Substack was blocking popular podcast app Overcast, and the Podcast Index, from accessing shows hosted on the platform. The shows are hosted using the Cloudflare CDN - "Do not host podcast feeds behind Cloudflare", says Overcast's developer Marco Arment, before explaining what settings to use if you do.
