Wonda launches: a creation-by-conversation tool
-
Wondercraft today launches “Wonda”, which it calls “the first AI agent built for content creation – enabling users to create, edit, and refine professional audio and video by simple conversation.”
- We thought we’d try it out to create “The Podnews Guide to Dallas”, which, as you’d expect, has things to do in Dallas and information about decent craft beer in the city. You can hear the whole show in the Podnews Extra podcast, and read the prompt we used. It took less than a few minutes to make.

The 100 Greatest Podcasts Of All Time will be unveiled at 9am today at Podcast Movement (Podcaster Stage 1). Left of Dial Media’s Alan Black tells us that the 300 people polled - from more than 20 countries - chose more than 750 shows for possible inclusion. Podnews can exclusively reveal that The Joe Rogan Experience has made the list - which was a notable omission from TIME’s best podcast list, published last month. We’ll carry the full list tomorrow: if you attend the session, you may get your hands on a limited edition print.

Missing Podcast Movement 2025 here in Dallas? Every presentation and panel will be recorded in both audio and video, and will be posted online for free after the event, it’s been announced. “Access to panels, webinars, research, podcasts, videos, and writing is something I believe is a mistake to gate in a growing industry, especially as a trade association or a major event,” Bryan Barletta told us. Podcast Movement merged with Sounds Profitable yesterday.

In Australia, PodPoll 2025 suggests that millennials, Gen Z and blue-collar workers are all listening more to podcasts in the country. YouTube has also continued to grow, while Apple Podcasts has seen a decrease in usage.
