Earwolf to Lemonada

Podcrushed and Threedom have been signed by Lemonada Media. Both shows were with SiriusXM’s Earwolf; one of the co-hosts of Threedom, Scott Aukerman, launched Earwolf in 2010. Other Earwolf shows have left the network in the past year, to Sony, AdvertiseCast, and Lemonada.

Canadaland announced its slate for 2024. The independent, supporter driven Canadian podcast company will add four new original shows, new seasons and ongoing shows.

Auddia, the company that announced an ad-skipping podcast app last year, has announced a reverse stock split. The company’s share price has dropped 87.5% year-on-year: the “reverse split” will combine 25 shares into one, thus increasing the share price to above the $1 required to remain listed on NASDAQ. It’s currently $0.16, falling almost 20% on the news.
