Me llamo Lorena. Soy coach somática y emocional, maestra, y desde 2008 acompaño a niños, adolescentes y mujeres.
Este canal —que durante mucho tiempo fue “Descubre más de ti”— hoy se transforma. Mientras ese proyecto sigue en redes como centro de talleres, y el Instituto de Educación Emocional va a las instituciones, aquí, es la casa del podcast “Con amor, carajo”.
Soy la coach de mujeres que ya hicieron terapia, saben mucho de sí mismas y sienten que algo no termina de aterrizar. Trabajo con psicología profunda, el cuerpo y la sombra. Con todo lo que la autoayuda light dejó fuera por incómodo o lento.
Este espacio es para las que no se conforman con entender a medias; las que van al fondo aunque dé miedo y reclaman soberanía en el bosque oscuro de la confusión. Para las que ya saben que sanar no es eficiente y lo hacen de todas formas. Bienvenida.
