- Mar 27: Triton Digital has acquired Sounder, a brand suitability and contextual advertising tool. The deal will allow Sounder to accelerate its growth, while giving Triton Digital its own brand suitability technology. Terms weren’t given.
- Feb 15: Audiohook has announced a collaboration with Sounder for episode-level contextual targeting. The tool moves beyond show genres to pinpoint contextually relevant episodes within podcasts – regardless of the show’s declared genre.
