Persone, progetti e passioni, ecco i protagonisti di 'Coltiviamo innovazione', il podcast del progetto “CAP4AgroInnovation”, co-finanziato dall’Unione Europea. Andiamo alla scoperta delle innovazioni che stanno cambiando il panorama agricolo, incontrando imprenditori agricoli e imprenditrici. Sono giovani (e non solo) che guardano al futuro per scoprire già oggi come coltivare in modo più sostenibile; tecnici e professioniste che consigliano come produrre risparmiando acqua ed energia, senza perdere di vista la qualità del prodotto, dal campo alla tavola; ricercatrici e ricercatori che condividono conoscenze per creare un nuovo ecosistema agricolo che sappia adattarsi ai cambiamenti climatici, anche grazie alle più moderne agritech. Tutto questo, ispirati dagli obiettivi della Politica Agricola Comune (PAC) dell’Unione Europea.
