SUMA jakości
Od dawna chodził mi po głowie ten projekt, ale, jak to zwykle bywa, tematów “na już” piętrzyło się wiele, a myśli pozbierać trzeba było.
Jednak od dawna, najlepszym sposobem na skupienie jest dla mnie pisanie i mówienie ;)
Dlatego też, trochę dla uporządkowania moich myśli i doświadczeń, trochę jako motywacja do zgłębiania wiedzy i bardzo dlatego, że znam wiele osób, które borykają się z takmi trudnościami, które spotykają i mnie, powstał ten podcast.
Porozmawiamy o jakości w bardzo szerokim, a jednocześnie kompleksowym uujęciu, bo sprawnie działający system to, według mnie:
standardy postępowania oparte na instrukcjach i procedurach,dobrze przygotowane kadry, komunikacja oparta na zaufaniu i szczerości, - produkty i usługi wytwarzane zgodnie z wymaganiami klienta,ciągły rozwój i doskonalnenie kadry menagerskiej na każdym szczeblu.Jakość to także umiejętność radzenia sobie z sytuacjami nieprzyewidzianymi, umiejętność reagowania na szybko pojawiające się zmiany, otwartość na propozycje otoczenia.
Ale, żeby nie było tak słodko, porozmawiamy o trudnościach, wpadkach i sytuacjach trudnych, bo i takie zdarzają się w codziennym zyciu jakościowca i stratega. Jeśli to, co proponuję brzmi dla Ciebie ciekawie, zasubskrybuj mój kanał :)
