C’è stato un tempo in cui ricettari e rubriche di cucina erano spazi atroci. Spazi in cui si incitava al massacro di vite inermi, a un’alimentazione fatta di grassi saturi, cibi processati, lipìdi come se piovessero, tessuti a destinazione escrementizia spacciati per sani valori del tempo che fu. Il tempo che fu, appunto: quello di trippa e frattaglie, carni e cacciagione, salumi e formaggi. Ma il nostro è un altro tempo e un altro spazio, quello della responsabilità e della sperimentazione. Ecco perché un gruppo di ninja tofuisti, ispirati dalla temibile Vegan Dittatrice, hanno conquistato Radio Trippa trasformandola in Radio Tofu: la rubrica in cui si mangia una bontà etica e sostenibile, dove si scoprono piatti vegetali rispettosi delle vite non umane, e dove si possono riscoprire anche i mondi delle cucine etniche e tradizionali (comprese quelle carnivore, certo: un po’ come si studiano gli usi e costumi delle popolazioni mesopotamiche).
