ברוכים הבאים לפודקאסט “הורות פרקטית"
אני הודיה טיבר, אמא ל-3, מאבחנת נוירו-התפתחותית-תפקודית (NDfa) ויועצת שינה מוסמכת, מלווה הורים כבר מעל עשור בגישה פרקטית שרואה את התמונה השלמה.
לאורך השנים פיתחתי את גישת “הילד השלם” המבוססת על חמש תשתיות: בריאות, תזונה, שינה, תנועה-חושים ומערכות יחסים.
בפודקאסט הזה נגלה יחד איך הכול קשור להכול , איך כל תשתית מלמדת אותנו עוד על עצמנו, ויותר על הילדים שלנו.
