Jesper Vestergaard Larsen og Sanne Fahnøe, der er tidligere værter på Manden fra Korsør og Rejseholdet, undersøger hver mandag uopklarede drabssager og genåbner kriminalsager. Nye DNA-teknikker betyder i disse år, at flere gamle sager er blevet opklaret, og vi vil gerne bidrage til, at endnu flere bliver det. Vi kigger også på sager, der er blevet opklaret med nye DNA-teknikker og sager fra udlandet, hvor de nye fremskridt har ført til gennembrud i kolde sager.
