Quali sono i rischi e le problematiche legati all’uso dei social media soprattutto tra i giovani? Molti adolescenti utilizzano quotidianamente i social media e la maggior parte di loro corre il rischio di svilupparne un uso problematico. Ci sono ricerche che mostrano una correlazione tra l’uso dei social e problemi come ansia, depressione, rendimento scolastico altalenante e autolesionismo.

Questo podcast desidera fare luce su un tema molto discusso ma ancora poco regolamentato: l’ impatto dei social media sui giovani, ribadendo la necessità di un sistema normativo più efficace e cercando di offrire gli strumenti per non abbandonare genitori e figli di fronte a un mondo digitale complesso.
