Datapääoma
Vuosi on 2024, olemme tukevasti uudella vuosikymmenellä. On aika nostaa keskiöön yrityksesi tärkein aineeton pääoma, data. Data on liian arvokas asia jätettäväksi vain IT-osaston vastuulle.
Tämän lisäksi analytiikka ja tekoäly edustavat vain datan toimitusketjun viimeistä mailia: datan hyödyntämistä. On tullut aika johtaa dataa kokonaisvaltaisesti koko toimitusketjun laajuudelta. Data ei ole järjestelmäasia eikä siis IT:n asia hoitaa. Datan toimitusketjun johtamista et voi myöskään ulkoistaa vaan se on otettava omaan haltuun.
