Früher hieß es: Wer nicht wirbt, stirbt! Die Währung des Händlers von heute ist Sichtbarkeit und die “Verkaufsbereitschaft rund um die Uhr”. Das geht nur mit Digitalisierung! Stefan Geukes und Birgit Unland regen hier sowohl den Einzelhandel als auch die Kommunen an, neu zu denken, Mut für Veränderung zu zeigen. Der Alltag der Kunden ist längst digital. Nun wird es Zeit, dass auch der Marktplatz in den Städten digital wird.
