Stadtrederei. Reflexionen zu Stadt und Raum
Die Entwicklung von Stadt und Raum gewinnt durch Krisenerscheinungen, gesellschaftliche Debatten und einen wachsenden Kreis neuer (Stadt-)Akteur:innen an Dynamik. Um diesen Herausforderungen zu begegnen, gehen Planer:innen zunehmend neue Wege und hinterfragen altgediente Instrumente und Handlungsmuster. Im Podcast „Stadtrederei. Reflexionen zu Stadt und Raum“ sprechen Expert:innen am Beispiel aktueller städtebaulicher Herausforderungen, über die Abkehr von bestehenden planerischen Denkmodellen und über mutige Entwürfe und unorthodoxe Ideen zur Gestaltung städtischer Zukünfte. Neben Stadtplaner:innen und Architekt:innen, zählen weitere (Stadt-)Akteur:innen unterschiedlichster Professionen zu den Gästen. Der Podcast zeichnet sich durch eine unkonventionelle und reflexive Herangehensweise aus und bietet neue Perspektiven im Umgang mit aktuellen Themen der Stadtentwicklungsplanung.
Der Podcast „Stadtrederei. Reflexionen zu Stadt und Raum“ war von 2021-2024 ein Kooperationsprojekt des Instituts für Städtebau und Wohnungswesen (ISW) mit Dr. Christine Grüger (suedlicht, Freiburg) und Dr. Fee Thissen (Urbane Transformation, Oberhausen). Ab 2025 ändert sich ein Kooperationspartner und an die Stelle des ISW tritt die Deutsche Akademie für Städtebau und Landesplanung e. V. (DASL).
Die Trilogie „Zukunft gestalten in unsicheren Zeiten“ (Folgen 33-35) wurde unter der Schirmherrschaft der Deutschen Akademie für Städtebau und Landesplanung e. V. (DASL) als Kooperationsprojekt zwischen der DASL, dem ISW mit Dr. Christine Grüger und Dr. Fee Thissen umgesetzt. Das Projekt ist als Teil der Nationalen Stadtentwicklungspolitik vom Bundesministerium für Wohnen, Stadtentwicklung und Bauwesen gefördert.
