De protesten na de gewelddadige dood van de Amerikaan George Floyd groeiden in de zomer van 2020 uit tot een beeldenstorm. Verschillende standbeelden liggen onder vuur. Ook in Nederland staan beelden die vragen of boosheid oproepen. Historicus Wim Berkelaar bezoekt zulke al dan niet omstreden Hollandse standbeelden.
