Født til det
Vi er født til at føde! Alligevel er der rigtig mange, der frygter fødslen. Det gør journalist Louise Liv Sømoe. Hun er gravid, men ser ikke frem til at presse sin kommende lille søn ud af sin krop.
I podcasten “Født til det” vil Louise insistere på at ryste alle de grumme fødselsberetninger af sig og begynde at glæde sig til fødslen af sit første barn.
Gennem samtaler med forskellige kvindelige fagpersoner vil hun søge en masse ny viden om sin krop, men også få inspirerende og positive fødselsberetninger fra andre kvinder, som har født.
Håbet er, at både hun og dig der lytter med vil skifte frygten ud med en power og tro på egen krop, som er skabt til det, ja faktisk født til det.
