Systemsprenger: Der Podcast
Der Podcast über eskalierende Kinder und Jugendliche - und Hilfesysteme, die sie halten sollen, aber nicht immer können. Wir versuchen zu verstehen, woran das liegt - und wir suchen nach Lösungen. Theorie- und praxisnah, denn Menno Baumann vereint beides: Er ist Professor für Intensivpädagogik und er leitete einen therapeutischen Fachdienst in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe. Er hat das “Systemsprenger”-Filmteam beraten - und erlebt Geschichten wie die von Benni im Film seit vielen Jahren im wahren Leben. Wir versuchen über anonymisierte Fallgeschichten zu verstehen: Was passiert, wenn Kinder und Hilfesysteme aneinander scheitern? Und wie könnten andere Verläufe möglich sein?
