普段の仕事は、企業研修の講師を生業とし、新人さんのOJTメンターや教育係に対して、上手な教え方をお伝えしています。

企業にとって人材の確保は通年のテーマですが、採用が厳しい時代にあっては入口の確保と同時に出口を絞ること、離職を防ぐことが喫緊の課題です。離職を防ぐための方策の一つとしての「組織社会化」という研究の中で、新人の適応を促すことで会社へのコミットメントを上げ、離職意志を防ぐというものがあります。

ラーンフォレスト合同会社では、「OJTメンター研修・指導員研修」「仕事の教え方研修」や、演劇的手法・インプロ（即興劇）のワークを通じて非言語メッセージの受発信を意識する「フィーリングコミュニケーション研修」を行い、従業員の適応を促す人材育成のお手伝いをしています。
