KetogenPodden
KetogenPodden er et samarbeid mellom Norsk epilepsiforbund og Nutricia.
Den handler om hvordan man bruker ketogen diett i
behandlingen av terapiresistent epilepsi. Terapiresistent
epilepsi er når du ikke lenger har effekt av medisinener eller kirurgi for anfallene dine.
Ketogen diett er et kosthold med mye fett og veldig lite karbohydrater.
KetogenPodden handler om hvordan man spiser, hva man
spiser, hvordan ketose funker og mange andre temaer som ligger nært dette.
Det blir ikke en slankepodkast. Det er heller ikke en ren
epilepsipodkast. Men vi skal snakke om ketogen diett og
hvordan dette brukes som behandling av terapiresistent
epilepsi.
Vi skal snakke folk MED epilepsi, leger, kliniske ernæringsfysiologer, sykepleiere, familier, og i
det hele tatt blir det gjester i podkasten som kan hjelpe deg
som vil vite mer om ketogen diett og terapiresistent epilepsi.
