من، ثمین حقیقی، میزبان شما در سمتاک هستم. نام این برنامه از ترکیب «سم» (لقبی که دوستان غیرایرانیم من را با آن صدا میکنند) و «تاک» به معنای گفتوگو ساخته شده؛ پس میشود گفت: «صحبتهای ثمین».
من ساکن کانادا هستم و در ۱۵ سال گذشته، سه تجربهی مهاجرت را از سر گذراندهام. مسیر کاری، تحصیلی و پژوهشی من همواره بر روانشناسی مهاجرت و تجربهی زیستهی مهاجران متمرکز بوده است.
تخصص من رواندرمانی، کوچینگ و مشاوره است و بهعنوان رواندرمانگر رسمی در کانادا فعالیت میکنم. حوزههای کاری من شامل تراما، هیپنوتراپی، کوچینگ زندگی پس از مهاجرت، و ارائهی مشاوره برای مسائل مرتبط با افسردگی، اضطراب، اختلالات روحی و شخصیتی، روابط، و چالشها و سازگاریهای پس از مهاجرت است.
هر آنچه در رسانهی «خانه کجاست» میبینید یا میشنوید، بخشی از پژوهشها و تحقیقات من در زمینهی مهاجرت و حاصل کار و گفتوگو با مهاجران است.
