In Je Derde Leven praat Ivo Niehe met bekende en onbekende Nederlanders over wat de kansen, maar ook valkuilen zijn voor de laatste 10, 20 soms 30 jaar van je leven. Sommigen vinden nieuwe uitdagingen, maar feit is dat voor de overgrote meerderheid van wie uitgewerkt is, de tijd na pensionering als onverwacht ingewikkeld wordt ervaren. En dan blijkt de afterparty van het leven vaak zo veel minder aantrekkelijk dan over het algemeen gedacht.
