Healing with Confidence
We believe healing is about more than just 'fixing’ symptoms—it’s about reconnecting with your body, your food, and your environment. Healing with Confidence explores the deep connections between nutrition, agriculture, relationships, philosophy, and anthropology—uncovering the many variables that support true healing and well-being.
Natalie is a Functional Nutrition Therapy Practitioner and the clinical director at Nutrition with Confidence, where she helps clients heal through personalized nutrition. Andrew holds a Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy and brings a relational and systems-based perspective, along with hands-on experience in organic agriculture and traditional food preparation.
Join us for thoughtful conversations that bridge science, tradition, and practical wisdom—so you can start feeling like yourself again.
