Dieser Podcast soll Dir einen kleinen Einblick in das Thema Entspannungstherapie und mein Coaching geben.
Aber wie passt Entspannung und Punk zusammen? Ganz einfach: Kontroversen sind Konstante in unserem Leben. Es ist ok Sport zu machen und dennoch Schokolade zu essen. Es ist vollkommen in Ordnung, Entspannung zu suchen und dennoch mal einen stressigen Tag zu haben. Es ist erlaubt, Glaubenssätze zu haben und sie dennoch manchmal zu ignorieren. Das ist menschlich, dass ist Normalität.
Es muss nicht immer Yoga oder Autogenes Training sein, Ziellos drauf los laufen oder Planken in der Hafencity reicht manchmal auch! Entspannung darf auch laute Musik sein!
