Press Play & Run host Ryan Miller is an everyday runner from Glasgow. Having run out of people to bore with run chat in his personal life, he decided to inflict his nonsense on other runners instead. Ryan is joined by co-host Alison Jardine, bringing the number of marathon majors between them to six. Ok, so all six belong to Alison, but who’s counting?
