4 Jahre lang habe ich (Johanna) mit Passion diesen Podcast betrieben. Ich durfte viel lernen - fachlich wie inhaltlich und spannende Menschen interviewen und ihre Geschichten und Erfahrungen mit Euch teilen.
Seit dem Start 2021 hat sich auch bei mir viel getan. Ich bin mittlerweile ausgebildete systemische Coachin und Prozessbegleiterin und darf und will einer weiteren Passion - der Arbeit mit Menschen und Teams - mehr Raum geben.
Das bedeutet manchmal auch loszulassen. Um Platz für Neues zu schaffen.
