El Dr. Harold Caballeros ha dedicado su vida a compartir el evangelio y edificar la iglesia en Guatemala y el mundo. Inició su camino como abogado, pero un nuevo nacimiento espiritual transformó su vida y lo llevó a fundar en 1983 el Centro de Adiestramiento Cristiano El Shaddai, hoy conocido como Iglesia El Shaddai.
