Welcome to “It’s a STEAL” (Sessions for Teachers who use English as a Second Language). Each episode is a short session for school leaders to use in their professional development sessions in schools. In each episode we will invite teachers and leaders from around the world to discuss a topic, based around a chapter in the book “A broad view of educational perspectives” by Nicola Walsh, the host of the podcast.
