I’m Cary Amaro. I created the Wealth Exec as a platform to help on a grander scale. A place where I can bring my 15 + years as an experienced Controller /CFO to help business owners, executives, managers, accountants, actually, anyone interested in learning more about business, finance, and Emotional Intelligence.
I believe a business owner should not need to be an accountant to understand a company’s financial statements to make well-informed decisions.
Understanding numbers is not the only tool for success. Knowing how to identify and respond to your emotions, those of your team and take actions to bring about effective change provides you a successful edge in your organization.
