LongRunLactic
The LongRunLactic podcast is an audio extension to the Long Run Lactic media network. LongRunLactic is a concept devoted to cultivating, documenting, and curating the beauty of finding fitness through not only long runs but many training bouts and documenting the culture of the sport. One’s journey to develop fitness often extends far beyond the reach of miles logged and weights lifted. There is a defined culture within growth. As we transition away from the notion of “what we know” and into a period of “becoming” we often take for granted the array of personal traits and emotional additives that come with it. Through exposure of where we’ve come from we develop an understanding of what can be.
From the infancy of our first steps to the conquest of a race won, we all have a story to tell. Through the Narrows of Zion and up the rocky ranges of the Dolomites, LongRunLactic is dedicated to sharing the stories and cultivating the culture of those letting the lactic build.
Let it build. Let it breathe.
