Iced Coffee and Self Care ®
After 5 years of podcasting and helping women prioritize self care, and after a much needed break, I am back! This time around we aren’t taking on the day to conquer it, we are gearing up to sit on the porch and take in all that we have survived and going through! And yes we will talk about all the things from parenting, relationships, perimenopause, careers, and more! Grab your iced coffee, click play and let’s ease into the day because we have some things to talk about.
If you have been a long time listener, think of this season as Iced Coffee and Self Care the grown up version for those with less cares to give and we saying no. Oh and we will still laugh along the way.
