Egal ob Döner Kebap aus Massenspießhaltung, türkische Pizza formerly known as Lahmacun oder Fragen an Türken, die bisher keiner zu fragen wagte: Beispielsweise warum Türken kein Marketing können.
Niemand ist sicher vor den “Spitzenzungen” der drei Freunde aus Düsseldorf und Essen, deren Heldenherz auch in vielen Ecken Anatoliens und Thrakiens schlägt. Orhan Tançgil (Gründer von KochDichTürkisch und Sucuk Gourmet), Yusuf Şahin (Wortakrobat und Kebap-Enthusiast) und Erman Doğan (Food-Ästhetiker und Ethno-Marketeer) sprechen ohne Weinblatt vor dem Mund aber authentischen türkischen Speisen auf dem Teller über turko-deutsche Eigenheiten.
