Brotale Bäcker - der Brotcast mit Tim und Christian.
Hier geht’s um Wissen, aber auch nicht Wissen – Es geht um Brot, Braak, backen, Essen, Denzlingen, Zukunft und Sehnsucht.
Tim Lessau von der Braaker Mühle und Christian Dick von der Handwerksbäckerei Dick - zwei junge wilde unter den Bäckern.
Beide um die 30, beide Bäckermeister und beide dabei die Bäckereien ihrer Eltern zu übernehmen. Der Eine im Norden, der Andere im Süden, der Eine Hamburger, der Andere Badner.
Viele Gemeinsamkeiten und doch so unterschiedlich, das sind Tim und Christian!
Immer nur in der Backstube stehen wurde den beiden zu langweilig, also haben sie kurzerhand einen Podcast gestartet.
Neben naheliegenden Themen wie Brot, Backen und das perfekte Frühstück, unterhalten sich die zwei Bäcker auch über alles Andere was im Zusammenhang mit einer Bäckerei, als Nachwuchschef oder im Kontakt mit Kunden so auftaucht.
