Műsorunkban nem csupán a művészeti és történelmi vonatkozások kapnak fontos szerepet, hanem a hétköznapi borkultúra is. Megismerkedünk a szőlőfajtákkal, a borstílusokkal, a hordókkal, szót ejtünk a bor és az egészség, a bor és az étel kapcsolatáról, felfedezzük a legjobb boros programokat, kiderítjük, milyen bor kerüljön a hétköznapi és az ünnepi asztalra, és néha kirándulunk a pezsgők, a habzóborok, a borpárlatok, a vizek világába is. Meggyőződésünk, hogy a magyar bornak szüksége van igényes, értő fogyasztókra, a fogyasztóknak pedig támpontokra, hogy tudatos, kulturált, borértő emberekké váljanak.
