My goal is to create an unfiltered dialogue about a critical incident, it’s impact on the LEO and how to survive post critical incident Reduce the suicide rate in the law enforcement profession Create a path for open dialogue so LEOs understand they are experiencing a normal reaction to an abnormal event. Assist Mental Heath professionals understand the LEO, and how they process a critical incident. Provide a pathway for LEOs to seek help processing a critical incident
