Mein Name ist Gabriela Urban. Ich bin von Haus aus Journalistin und Buchautorin – und habe über das Schreiben zu meiner neuen Berufung als Meditationslehrerin gefunden. Für mich ist das Schreiben einer Meditation ein künstlerischer, literarischer Schaffensprozess, mit dem ich Menschen ganz tief in ihrer Seele berühren und ihnen eine gute Auszeit verschaffen kann.
Als Reisejournalistin bin ich viele Jahre um die ganze Welt gereist – und habe Menschen durch meine Reportagen und Bücher die weite Welt nach Hause gebracht. Und genau das gleiche tue ich jetzt auch als Meditationslehrerin. In meinem Podcast «Traumreisen & geführten Meditation» erschaffe ich Bilder und entführe in weitentfernte, faszinierende Welten. Und es ist mir eine ganz große Freude, wenn du mir dorthin folgst.
