I Løpeskopodden snakker Henrik Nordtug fra Löplabbet Lade og daglig leder i Löplabbet Norge, Tor Fauske, om alt som har med løpesko å gjøre. De tester sko, mimrer om gamle favoritter og gleder seg over kommende nyheter samt tar opp relevante temaer hver uke. Noen ganger også med gjester i studio. Sammen har de løpt utallige mil og slitt ut en del par løpesko. Tor trådde sine første steg inn på Löplabbet for flere tiår siden og er et vandrende leksikon når det kommer til skomodeller og deres egenskaper, mens Henrik har gått gradene fra ekstrahjelp i studietiden til butikksjef på Löplabbet Lade i Trondheim.
