I am all of those things, but don’t want to give up on wanting more and getting all the joy I can out of my life.
In this podcast, I share the raw realities of living with chronic illness while juggling motherhood, career, and still chasing my dreams. This is a journey of resilience & acceptance.
I offer insights, support, and encouragement drawn from my own experiences to help fellow female entrepreneurs find hope and inspiration. I also share the practical strategies I used to help me manage my mental health when times were particularly tough.
Whether you’re living with chronic illness or supporting someone who is, I offer uplifting stories and a dose of positivity.
