The Independence of Texas
A government podcast from Jose Gallego
After eight years of the Trump Presidency and a nationwide economic crisis, several nationalist movements grew in the U.S., in states like California and Texas. In Texas, a new nationalist party rules the state and wants independence. This party mirrors the Catalan independentist movement. This fictional podcast was created to help explain what is happening in Spain and why part of Catalonia, one of its regions, wants independence.
