Der FranchiseUNIVERSUM Podcast richtet sich speziell an Franchisegeber und Verantwortliche in den Systemzentralen von Franchisesystemen und Lizenzsystemen.
Mein Name ist Steffen Kessler und ich bin Geschäftsführer des FranchisePORTAL. Im Podcast sammle ich Impulse und Lösungen für den Alltag in Franchiseunternehmen. Es geht um gemeinsamen Erfolg und maximales Wachstum im Franchise-Netzwerk, ohne aber den Spaß aus den Augen zu verlieren! Franchise wird dann zum Erfolg, wenn der Franchisegeber / Lizenzgeber sein “unternehmerisches Glück” mit seinen Franchisepartnern teilt. Seine wichtigste Aufgabe ist es, alle seine Handlungen am unternehmerischen Erfolg, Lebensglück und an der Zufriedenheit seiner Franchise-Partner auszurichten.
