Letting Go of Me
What happens when you lose what you’ve always taken for granted? Perhaps you have a new chronic illness or disability, or you lost a loved one, a job, or your mental health. I’m Angela, and because of multiple sclerosis, I’ve lost a lot. Join me, and I’ll play some music to get us in the mood to chat about what we need to let go of, and what will come along to take its place. It might be self-care, hobbies, philosophy, health care, activism, and whatever else we need in our new normal.

Dynamic content insertion: Spotify for Creators may use limited data that they know about you - the device you’re using, the approximate location you’re in, or other data that can be derived from this, like the current weather forecast for your area - to change parts of the audio.
