経営を進化させるプログラム「DXO(ディクソー)」を開発。全国の企業への導入支援を行っている。
また自社でも“手放す経営“を実践。勤怠管理やマネジメントを手放し、経営権も分散化するなど、身体を張った実証実験を行っている。その過程で起きるさまざまな出来事も実況中継している。
