Te invito a descubrir las bendiciones, las maldiciones, los regalos, las cargas y los misterios que se esconden en cada familia. Todo aquello que heredamos de nuestros antepasados y que debemos conocer, para aprovecharlo en nuestro beneficio, o para cambiarlo.
A lo largo de ocho capítulos, analizaremos temas como el inconsciente familiar, la vinculación sistémica, los equilibrios generacionales, la necesidad del orden, los secretos, las repeticiones y las maldiciones que se heredan de una generación a otra. Todo esto bajo el foco de la psicogenealogía en sus vertientes psicoanalítica y sistémica, con teoría y con ejercicios que puedes realizar.
