Señal VL es un programa colaborativo de toda la región que habla de lo que sucede en cada una de las regiones de los más de 30 medios que colaboran contando sus historias, desde sus perspectivas y con sus palabras. El programa refleja en contenido lo que el festival en sus 20 ediciones ha logrado, unir por la música a Latino América y mostrar los exponentes más importantes del resto del mundo.
