Okrystat

Okrystat är en podd med och av två systrar. Asabea, barnmorska och tvåbarnsmamma. Opokua, doula och trebarnsmamma. I Okrystat hör du just okrystade samtal mellan två systrar (och med en och annan gäst). Samtal om allt det stora och lilla i livet. Det blir såklart samtal om födande, graviditet och post partum! Men också om kroppen, hur man lär känna den och blir vän med den. Om njutning och hur man kan maxa det i livet. Om relationer - i familj, mellan vänner och med kärleken. Om föräldraskap, när det är svårt och vad som underlättar. Om karriär och hur man får ihop det med småbarnslivet. Om vardagen!
