In Europa un ragazzo su 5 tra i 15 e i 19 anni ha problemi legati alla salute e al benessere mentale. Secondo l’ultimo report dell’Unicef nove milioni di adolescenti, tra i 10 e i 19 anni, convivono con questi disturbi: nella metà dei casi si tratta di ansia e depressione. La Generazione Z è quella che oggi più di altre sta facendo i conti con il malessere accentuato dalla pandemia. Con questo podcast raccontiamo l’ansia attraverso le storie della Generazione Z: un percorso partito dal Centro Giovani Ponti degli ospedali San Paolo e San Carlo di Milano, arrivato poi al centro diurno dell’unità operativa di neuropsichiatria infantile e dell’adolescenza del Policlinico di Milano, al San Raffaele, sempre a Milano, nell’unità operativa per i disturbi alimentari e dell’ansia.“Generazione AnZia” è un podcast di Emanuela Ambrosino e Marianna Bruschi.
