料理研究家 上田淳子の「料理たのしくなる相談室」です。
たくさんのレシピがあふれる現代だけれど
レシピには書かれなかったコツや、料理中に起こる科学反応がある。
それをちょっとずつ知るだけで、目ウロコな料理体験が広がって、料理はもっと楽しくなる。
基本をイチから学ぶのではなく、みなさんが実際につまづいたり
なんでだろう？と思ったことに答える形で進行します。
相談に答える料理研究家 上田淳子は、
長年さまざまなメディアにレシピを提供する中で、
もう少しこれを書きたい、とか、もうちょっと言いたい！
という「レシピの行間」がたくさんありました。
この番組で、合いの手役の「みよちゃん（料理知識ほぼゼロ）」と一緒に、
その知識を大放出していきます。
番組は毎週木曜の朝、10時に更新予定です。週末にむけてゆるっと聴いてもらえたら！
