I två olika team varannan vecka får vi följa med bakom kulisserna ute i spåren och backen.Team 1 består av Charlotte Kalla, Ebba Andersson och Emma Ribom. Team 2 av Walter Wallberg och William Poromaa.Varje vecka dyker det dessutom upp en hemlig gästprogramledare som sätter sin unika prägel på just det avsnittet.
